Talis Park sits on more than 400 acres in North Naples, directly across Livingston Road from Mediterra, with quick access to I-75, Mercato, Waterside Shops, and Vanderbilt Beach. The name itself comes from the Latin word for “distinguished,” and the Tuscan-inspired architecture across the community's enclaves, Corsica, Fairgrove, Carrara, Seneca, and Watercourse, was clearly built to live up to it.
The golf course and Vyne House
The 18-hole championship course was designed by Greg Norman and Pete Dye, completely returfed in 2023, and consistently ranked among Florida's top twenty courses. But the piece that tends to win people over is Vyne House, the community's clubhouse. At roughly 58,000 square feet combined indoor and outdoor space, it holds multiple dining venues, a resort-style pool, a full-service fitness studio, and the Esprit Spa. It won Golf Inc.'s Clubhouse of the Year in 2016, first place and best of show, which is a real, juried distinction, not just marketing language.
The part most buyers don't expect
Talis Park is a private, non-equity golf club, and it isn't bundled. Every owner is required to carry at least a Sports Membership, which covers dining, fitness, wellness, tennis, and pickleball. The workaround worth knowing: some resale properties come with a transferable golf membership attached, which lets a buyer step into full golf access immediately, skipping the wait entirely. When that's the case on a specific listing, it's genuinely one of the more valuable details in the whole transaction.
